Roseanne Barr -- My Neighbor MURDERED My Goats!

Roseanne Barr claims her neighbor is a gun-toting NIGHTMARE -- who slaughtered the comic's goats as part of a campaign of terror ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Barr -- who lives on a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii -- filed a request for a restraining order against her neighbor Roree Oehlman and her husband Richard ... claiming the couple has had it out for Rosie since she moved in.

According to the docs, Roseanne claims the problems began from the moment she moved in -- when her neighbors declared they don't want any "Kaballah studying [that means Jewish) people here on the Big Island."

Roseanne says Roree claims to have guns -- and often harasses and even threatens the comic.

In fact, Roseanne claims one morning she found two of her four goats had been killed -- and shortly after Rosie discovered the bodies, her neighbor allegedly told Roseanne's son-in-law, "That's what happens when you piss people off."

Rosie wants a judge to ban the couple from getting anywhere near her property -- or contacting any member of her family.

In related news, the county recently cited Roseanne for doing "illegal work" on her nut farm ... after Roree filed a complaint in the "interest of public safety."

Kim Kardashian joined us in studio with sister Kourtney Kardashian to premiere her single "Jam" Wednesday morning on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" as well as dish about current boyfriend and Nets player, Kris Humphries.

Kim explains how she got the opportunity to work with the Dream as "my good friend Ciara was like 'the Dream wants your number' and i was like 'Please, I'm sure he does' and she said 'no seriously he really wants to do a song with you'." And although we'll be able to watch Kim recording the song in studio on "Kourtney & Kim Take New York," Kim revealed the experience of recording a single was nerve racking, explaining when she first got in the studio she felt "first, give me a drink!" Further revealing, "I walked out at one point...cause I was scared!"

"Where has Sookie gone? God, I can't tell you," Anna said with a secretive smile. "But she disappeared with a fairy godmother, so who knows."
And what does Bill think about that?
"He's so over her," Stephen quipped. "Yeah, it's just so passé. Sookie who?"
"Wow," Anna responded, feigning surprise at her hubby's jokes.

Changing tactics a bit (which also veers into spoiler territory for the non-Charlaine Harris book readers out there), I then asked Bill if we might see his character assume a new position of leadership on the show, which totally threw him off.
"Hmm, that's an interesting question," he said, now eying me a bit more suspiciously.
"I don't know if you're allowed to answer that," Anna interjected.
"It's different this year," Stephen said vaguely. "And it's good because of that."
Aha! Jackpot! Sort of? That is totally actor code speak for: "Yes, Bill Compton is totally taking over someone's position!" I think. And it's been quite a while since I've read Charlaine Harris' excellent books, upon which the excellent HBO series is based, so fellow book readers, feel free to chime in with theories, thoughts, etc.

Christina Aguilera Detained for Public Drunkenness, Boyfriend Arrested for DUI

 

Christina Aguilera found herself in some legal trouble on Tuesday morning after being taken into police custody  for public intoxication while her boyfriend, Matt Rutler, was arrested for driving under the influence.

TMZ initially reported that Aguilera was arrested and booked at 2:45 in the morning after being taken into custody in West Hollywood, but now conflicting reports say that Aguilera was detained, but not arrested. According to the LA Times, she was released on $250 bail.
There has been much speculation about Aguilera’s well-being lately, as various reports from sources and friends claimed the songstress has been spiraling out of control since her divorce from husband Jordan Bratman.
